ANDREA BED & BREAKFAST INN
The Inn would be great for a Portland, Eugene or Seattle honeymoon as well as for Salem business travel,
an Oregon wine country tour, a Portland, Eugene or Seattle weekend getaway and Oregon Capital
travel government or dignitaries, business meetings and retreats. Perhaps reunions of any kind.
Also great for a "Would You Be Mine!" Occasion.

2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Please call if you arrive after 5:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:30 a.m.

We accommodate birthdays and make your special day memorable.

DEPOSITS: For reservations, the first night is payable in advance and must be received within 7 days
following your room request to hold your room, two night minimum for all holiday periods.
A 14-day cancellation policy applies to all holiday periods, and individual reservations of 3 or more nights,
for groups reserving 3 rooms, the cancellation period is one month.

REFUNDS: Your deposit will be gladly returned to you less ($20.00 fee) if your cancellation is received within
48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is necessary within the 48 hour time limit,
we will make every attempt to rebook, failure to rebook may result in the cancellation being
processed as a gift certificate for a later stay.

Library with fireplace and music system is available for an extra $50

All rooms are double or single occupancy, and there is no smoking allowed in the inn.

SORRY BUT WE DO NOT HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PETS

The whole house can be rented for small weddings in the house or small anniversary or engagements.

Turndown service, fresh flowers, robes, hairdryers, telephone, bikes, games, exercise equipment, handicap friendly,
central heat/cool, 2 wood burning fireplaces, river/orchard views in the heart of the Willamette Valley Wine Country,
minutes to downtown, golf and 2 blocks live theatre. Massage by separate appointment and price,
by a licensed deep tissue therapist, but not included in room price.

Please take the Marion bridge across the Willamette river on highway 22 WEST. Stay on 22 WEST, do not
into the exit marked West Salem but stay in the lane saying on 22 west until you get to 50th Avenue turning right
and follow up the hill , up, up, until you come to Andrea to the right, you can only go right on Andrea, go
about 4 blocks until you come to 4430, turn on driveway to the right. At the end of the driveway will be
a happy hostess with a warm welcome!

	MASTER SUITE This suite has a vaulted ceiling, Persian rug, silky king size bed and beautiful art deco armoire. Walk through leads you to a private 2 story gray & old rose Greek marble bath, mirrors, a Jacuzzi bath and lovely tiled shower. There in your private suite with views of the garden, many small windows will enchant you. If this suite is used for honeymoon or special occasion we put a rose by the bed and rose petals on the pillows, a poetry book , truffles and soft music. Perhaps you might get a chance to drink out of a 200 year old silver cup for two it has been in Renates family forever and the, wedding cup to be filled for you for luck in your married life. A special wedding breakfast will be arranged. If you rent the entire house when the Master suite is rented the library is included, price to be discussed, for small wedding or any occasion. GARDEN SUITE A passionate room for pure pleasure, engaging all the senses. A huge queen four poster bed holds you well off the floor, enclosing you in pristine white intricately pin-tucked organza which is also used on the many windows and doors. This lofty romantic room is decorated with a carved table for two. There is a 1920 (Art Deco time span) two thousand piece postage stamp quilt, which hangs on the walls to enjoy all the little squares and triangles. There is a 1860 American pie safe, a 200 year old British commode, a l45 year old Norwegian table. One could play house in here forever! The bed has down and many pillows.

		UPTOWN LEATHER BED SUITE This room is elegant in silk on silk. Exceptional original watercolor art by James Kirk. The finest linen and mattress, and there is silk fabric art on the wall as well. Queen sized bed, tiled shower/attached bath. Access to the downstairs halls in slate with fine original art and an Oriental bridge rug with antiques, fine detailing. Private entry.
